Doune House B&B offers 3 rooms in a comfortable Victorian family home
connected to our family run businesses of a rural post office and first class
florist.
Our rooms consist of 1 double ensuite (ground floor) 1 twin room with
private bathroom and 1 family room (sleeps up to 4) with private shower room.

All Rooms have wash hand basins TV / freeview, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making
facilities. Guests also have access to their own sitting room which has Sky TV
and a Nintendo Wii game console or you can just relax with a book.

We pride ourselves in using local produce and even the eggs are from our girls
in the garden. We can cater for all dietary requirements including Gluten Free,
Vegans and Vegetarians.

We love living at Doune House which is in the Heart of Edzell village
where other people love to visit because its such a pretty, quiet & friendly
place, which also boasts a fabulous golf course. Edzell is also the gateway
to the Highlands  & Glens

While staying with us why not take a breathtaking walk along the North Esk
River or visit unspoiled beaches less than 15 miles away.

Edzell a popular destination for golfers, photographers, walkers,
kayakers, cyclists, paint balling, fishing enthusiasts (North, South & West
Water rivers) and stalkers.
For guests staying with us we can help arrange fishing permits, stalking /
shooting days, guides for walkers and cyclists.

Edzell Castle provides a magical setting for any wedding, to help with your
wedding arrangements we can provide fresh flowers, gifts, cards and gift wraps.
